Plain English, because that is how I would want to read them.

What you are buying

Your whole day of class for the sub date you choose, however many subject blocks or periods you teach: a lesson for each block or prep, a student lesson page with a class code for each lesson block (for K–2, the sub runs the lesson aloud instead), a one-page sub script for the whole day, a printable packet per lesson, and a results email at 3:15 p.m. Pacific on the sub date. The price is $19, charged once, through Stripe.

When it arrives

Your day is delivered by email by 6:00 a.m. Pacific on your sub date. Orders placed by 8:00 p.m. the evening before get a personal review from me. Orders placed later are still written and still delivered on time, but may rely on the automated quality check alone.

The refund promise

If it doesn't run, you don't pay. If the day does not arrive on time, does not open for your students, or is unusable for the class you described, reply to any Covered email and I will refund the full $19. No form.

If our quality check fails a day and we cannot fix it in time, you will get an email before 6 a.m. saying so, a full refund, and a generic printable day for your subject so your sub still has something to run.

What I need from you

Accurate bell times and an honest description of where your class is. The plan is only as good as the intake. You are responsible for reviewing the delivered day and deciding whether it is appropriate for your students; you know them and I do not.

Content

The lesson content is written for you and you may print, copy, and reuse it in your own classroom without limit. Please do not resell it.

Data

See the Privacy page. Student responses are deleted 30 days after the sub date.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes and the new terms apply to new orders only.
